R. Wesley Webb, MBA, MS

Mr. Wesley Webb is a federal employee with Homeland Security. His career spans numerous federal agencies in the District of Columbia (DC) metropolitan area and Europe. 

Mr. Webb is an Army veteran that served 5 ½ years at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. While serving in Germany, he deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Desert Storm/Shield, and was awarded the Southwest Asia Service Medal with two bronze stars and the Kuwaiti Liberation Medal.

Mr. Webb is dedicated to serving his community; he currently serves as the President of the 100 Black Men of Maryland. Through his leadership he stabilized the organization and position the Chapter for growth by increasing the number of financial members and enforcing minimum service hour requirements. 

 Mr. Webb is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and is affiliated with the Tri-Sigma Graduate Chapter in Montgomery County MD. He led in the creation of the Taylor, Morse & Brown Foundation and served as the Foundations first President in supporting the Chapter's charitable activities in the community.

Mr. Webb completed a dual master’s program in Business Administration and Sustain Base Leadership from the University of Maryland University College, Adelphi, MD. He also received aBachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland University College's European Division located in Heidelberg Germany.

Mr. Webb is a contributing author in the best-selling book, “When Men Lean In, We All Win” which was published in 2020. He grew up in Marion, IN and currently lives in Silver Spring, MD with his wife, Mechelle D. Johnson-Webb, Esq
